# Mensajes públicos y privados

Esta funcionalidad le permite poner mensajes privados o públicos, los cuales podrá utilizar para notificar a los usuarios de formularios, cuando estos utilicen el módulo de seguimiento.

A su vez, podrá seleccionar si le notifica o no por correo electrónico.

Debe tener en cuenta que los mensajes a correos electrónicos son acciones externas a Mensajero Digital, por tanto podrá existir casos en los cuales:

* No llegue el correo
* Este llegue a Spam, por tanto debe declarar nuestro correo como seguro.
* Llegue a la bandeja de notificaciones.
