# Mi radicado esta sin tarea

Esto puede se solucionarse muy simple, siempre y cuando, no sea un documento para firmar electrónicamente:

Cuando sale sin tarea, sale un ventana similar a esta.

Para solucionar da clic en **asignar proceso** y listo.

Debe tener en cuenta, que si este radicado estaba para proceso de firma electrónico, el o los firmantes, deben completar el documento de nuevo y firmar.

o si deseas **archivarlo**, presiona el botón y saldrá de tu bandeja y no continuará con ninguna tarea.
