# Facturación firmas electrónicas, validaciones entre otros

**Firma electrónica:**

**Se facturará toda firma electrónica enviada**, sin importar si:

* Si se firma electrónicamente o no.
* Si  fue cancelada por alguna de las partes
* Si fue cancelada por Mensajero Digital por superar el número de reintentos.

Debe tener en cuenta que Mensajero Digital tiene la siguiente restricción por seguridad en las firmas electrónicas.

**Un solo reenvio**: Esta opción ![](/files/LjbcgZPas2zhfRswOGFL)solo se permite una vez.

**Inicio (Reinicio de firma) de firma**: Cuando llegue la notificación al firmante, solo se permitirá dos clic para iniciar el proceso de firma y esto por seguridad, porque se ha evidenciado que algunos firmantes iniciaban el proceso de firma y lo abandonaban y luego lo iniciaban de nuevo, incluso tenemos casos de más de 20 inicios, lo que tiene riesgo operativo, por lo tanto, se permite solo dos intentos de firma, al tercer intento se cancelará el proceso de firma y se debe completar de nuevo el formulario o iniciar un proceso de firma nuevamente.

**Validación con OTP de email, SMS o whatsapp:**

**Se facturará todavalidación enviada**, sin importar si:

* Si el cliente valida o no el documento.
