# Reasignar Responsable

 Debe seleccionar la opción gestión de procesos y rutas. 

Se selecciona el botón **Reasignar responsable**, en **responsable actual** busca el usuario al cual van a cambiar y **responsable destino** seleccionar el usuario al cual le van a asignar estas responsabilidades y listo. El sistema cambia en todas las tareas donde aparezca el usuario y pone el nuevo usuario, en todos los procesos.

Ejemplo si van a cambiar de correo electrónico, deberían hacer lo siguiente:

1. Se tiene un usuario el cual van a inactivar. Ejemplo: **CARLOS GOMEZ** correo: <carlos.gomez@dominioanterior.com>

2. Crear el nuevo usuario. Ejemplo CARLOS GOMEZ correo: <carlos.gomez@dominionuevo.com>

3. Nuestra recomendación es editar el usuario de dominio anterior y poner CARLOS GOMEZ-1, porque sino quedarían dos usuarios con el mismo nombre y no sabria cual cambiar en las reglas del proceso.

4. Y luego ingresar a **reasignar responsable**

   Mensajero Digital, buscará todos lo CARLOS GOMEZ -1 en todas las reglas de todos los proceso y cambiará al usuario responsable por el nuevo que es CARLOS GOMEZ.
5. Y luego deben inactivar a CARLOS GOMEZ - 1.
