# Reglas

## **Reglas o Tareas**

Son las actividades positivas o negativas que tiene el proceso, se sugiere crear en infinitivo por cuanto son actividades a realizar. Se pueden extender en texto, para ser más específicos y se pueden crear en desorden. No necesariamente la primera regla visual, será la primera regla que se ejecuta. 

Debes tener claro que se solicitara lo siguiente: 

* Que usuario la realizará
* A quien le notificará en caso de atraso
* Que tiempo le vas a asignar para el tramite, en minutos, horas o días.

Para esto, debe dar clic en crear nueva regla:

Saldrá la siguiente ventana:

Una vez completada la ventana se debe ver asi: Importante, recuerde que las reglas o tares, pueden estar en desorden, pero la regla que se desee sea la primera, debe marcarse como **Tarea de Inicio**, es obligatorio tener una **tarea de inicio** como mínimo para que el proceso funcione.

Y cuando se presiona el botón **Guardar Regla**, se vería así:

Y una vez creada todas las reglas Positivas y Negativas del proceso, se vería así: Como ejemplo esta de una Solicitud de Credito.

Se deben crear todas las posibles reglas, que puedan ocurrir en el trámite de un radicado (Documento), así se llegue a utilizar una regla, cada muchos meses, pero si puede llegar a ocurrir, debe crearse la regla.
