# AVANZA EN FORMULARIOS Antes de proceder a configurar sus formularios, le solicitamos observar el siguiente video. {% embed url="" %} Este módulo es el más importante, para lograr inmaterializar (*Documentos que nacen digitales y mueren digitales*) documentos físicos de su entidad. Todo formulario o formato que su empresa necesite, que sea actualmente del tipo solicitud de crédito o para completar información, lo podrá crear en nuestra plataforma. Para crear formularios, se ingresa a la opción **Gestión de Formularios**. ![](/files/IVURC5JaRjCZOYpVdzDy) en el panel lateral izquierdo. Y saldrá la siguiente ventana: A la izquierda la carpetas y subcarpetas y la deerecha los formularios creados.
Una vez creado los formularios, estos aparecen en una lista mostrando el proceso que dispara (se activa al completar el formulario). 1. Sale el nombre del proceso que tiene activado. 2. A cual empresa del grupo pertenece este formulario. 3. Le muestra unas estadísticas de cuantos han sido diligenciados. ![](/files/mKBV39dTel8tpqqOqC1M) 4.
